Tuna Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Lemon
5oz Tuna
1 Roma Tomato
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds

Mix, mix, mix it all up!

The lemon juice will prevent the avocado from getting brown and nasty!
